Hey! My name's Emily :)

I'm an assassin...of FAT!

I made a goal to kill twenty pounds of fat by January 18th, and I'm going to reach that goal. How? By treating my body the way it deserves. By exercising regularly and nourishing my body with whole, clean foods like vegetables, fish, berries, eggs, oil, lean meat, nuts, and seeds. None of this processed, anti-nutrient, toxin-full junk like grains, dairy, and sugar. I want to live up to my genetics, not fight against them :)

That being said, it has taken a lot of work to change my lifestyle, and I'm still working at it and making discoveries in the process. This blog is meant to share my discoveries and help those who are  interested in the Paleolithic lifestyle. REAL good nutrition has made an incredible impact on my well-being and happiness, and I hope to help others learn that it can have a positive impact on them as well!
