Low-carb Coconut Protein Mug Brownie


-1 egg
-2 Tbs cocoa powder
-1 Tbs organic unsweetened shredded coconut
-1 Tbs whey protein (plain, unsweetened)
-1 Tbs flax seed meal
-1 Tbs truvia baking blend
-1 Tbs olive oil
-1 Tbs water
-1/2tsp vanilla


-dash of salt


mix it all together in a microwave safe mug and nuke it for 2min.


Serves two. Calories 138, protein 8g, carbs 6g, fiber 4g
